Yuzu Mitsu is a brilliant combination of yuzu juice and honey. The honey in the concentrated blend emphasizes the floral scent while reducing the distinctive sour notes. The yuzu flavor is reminiscent of tangerine, grapefruit, Meyer lemon and lime. Kagura no Sato is located in Shiroma, a small village surrounded by mountains in Miyazaki Prefecture. They have been growing yuzu for 50 years, mostly organically and they harvest only at the peak of ripeness. Because their orchards are at a high altitude, the fruit has a stronger aroma, higher acidity, and sugar content than yuzu grown at lower altitudes
