Yuasa Shoyu Tarujikomi

Manufacturer Marushinhonke was founded in 1881 and is currently run by the 5th generation of the same family. Aged in cedar barrels for over 500 days using only domestic whole soybeans, wheat, and salt from the Goto Sea. A rich soy sauce, with a higher percentage of amino acids, it is dark brown in color with strong reddish edges. It has an aroma reminiscent of dark roast coffee and bitter chocolate.

Use this intensely concentrated soy sauce sashimi, sushi, simmered dishes, ramen, grilled rice balls, soba soup, yakitori, and a variety of other dishes.
