Yuasa Shoyu Shiroshibori

Manufacturer Marushinhonke was founded in 1881 and is currently run by the 5th generation of the same family.  It is called shiro or white because of its light color. It contains more umami ingredients than regular white soy sauce and preserves the color of other ingredients. Elegant and delicate, it has light and refreshing qualities.

Use it in dishes that require a lighter touch, and to complement colorful ingredients such as green vegetables, floral ingredients and delicate seafood.
