Yamaya Sashimi Tamari
Yamaya Sashimi Tamari is a robust high-soy tamari soy sauce that is crafted for sashimi. Compared to dark soy sauce, it has a more concentrated taste, flavor, and umami. It is produced traditionally by Izumiman Brewery, originally founded in 1925 in Aichi Prefecture. A darker colored and more intensely flavored soy sauce, only a small amount is needed to complement the delicate flavors of sashimi or sushi.
