Sennari Organic Mirin (900ml)

Sennari Organic Mirin is made with sake brewed from organic Akitakomachi rice, fermented with yeast and no additives. Golden, rich, and viscous, this mirin is sweet, savory and complex with no harsh notes found in industrial brands. It’s made by Sennari, a brewery located in Hiroshima Prefecture, established almost 100 years ago. Concentrated so approximately 20% less is needed in cooking. Traditionally used to mask the pungent or gamey aromas of seafood and fatty pork.

It’s indispensable to add depth to dipping sauces, broths, marinades, and glazes but also to tenderize meats.
