Sennari Kurosu

Sennari Kurosu, a black Vinegar made in Kagoshima Prefecture from sprouted Akitakomachi organic brown rice, the best match for vinegar bacteria (acetic acid bacteria) natural groundwater and no chemical seasonings, synthetic preservatives or sweeteners. Sennari was established in 1927, they use soft water, from “Asacho kuchi ” located in the northern part of Hiroshima, just 150 meters from the factory. They make vinegar in the traditional manner using static fermentation which takes more time but develops more flavor. Double concentrated with an acidity level of 4.4%.

A high quality organic black vinegar, traditionally used for dressings and dips.
